I make these four

promises to you:

I Promise:

1) To listen to hear and understand, not just to respond.

2) To identify all those who are impacted by each issue.

3) To seek the skills and solutions by those most knowledgeable of the issue.

4) To rally and energize the team to come to a solution that is most beneficial for all involved.

The issues impacting our community are complex and multifaceted. There is no quick fix or easy answer. We are a diverse community and we need to work together to take considered action in everything we discuss.

I don’t promise to have all the answers or a clean, swift 5 point action plan, however, I do know where to find the answers and I have the energy to inspire solutions.
